Topic and Guest: To highlight theme of WPFW's Summer Mini-Drive--1960 What??: Civil Unrest in America 50 Years Later--AfricaNow! today is focusing on Che Guevara’s ideas on democracy, radical humanism and decolonization in his own words—unfiltered.  The show presents an excerpt of Che’s December 11, 1964, speech at the 19th General Assembly of the United Nations in New York; and a December 16, 1964 informal interview gave to several journalists at the Cuban Mission Headquarters in New York narrated by journalist Chris Couch.
